Family-owned and women-operated, the Cake Sisters Pastry Arts Studio brings generations of baking expertise to historic Delaware City. Sisters Tiffany and Brittany, together with their mother, Floss, carry on a four-generation family legacy that began with their great-grandmother, a chocolatier and bread baker. The business also honors the memory of sister Candace, whose creativity and passion continue to inspire their work.
Known for their custom cakes, wedding cakes and an array of desserts, the Cake Sisters offer everything from creme brulee and fruit tarts to danish, sticky buns, cheesecakes and cupcakes. Guests can also enjoy tea, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, soups and light lunches. Future plans include adding breads, bagels, pretzels and baking classes for all ages.
Located at 88 Clinton St., the Cake Sisters welcome visitors Tuesday through Saturday to enjoy sweet creations and a warm, family atmosphere that celebrates both tradition and community.
Autumn has arrived at Fort DuPont, bringing seasonal charm across the campus. Colorful decorations, pumpkins and mums now brighten the historic grounds, adding to the fort’s natural beauty. Take a stroll, enjoy the crisp fall air and see how Fort DuPont is celebrating the season.
